Not On Our Watch: GAMSOL Blocks In Touch Games' Attempt to Dissolve Amid Fraud Allegations

In Touch Games Limited (ITG) attempted to quietly dissolve its liabilities amid ongoing fraud allegations. However, GAMSOL intervened, blocking a compulsory strike-off action initially filed in April 2024. This action would have allowed ITG to escape liabilities tied to alleged fraudulent activities, including document manipulation and regulatory breaches. Skywind Holdings Limited had already launched a legal claim against ITG’s directors in December 2023. On 11 June 2024, the strike-off was suspended, ensuring that ITG remains active while the fraud allegations are fully investigated.
