MISSION & HISTORY.
The founding members of GAMSOL have been directly and indirectly helping problem gamblers who have been exploited by negligent gambling operators to recover their losses.
Over several years, we have facilitated the recovery of millions of pounds by offering advice, financial support, and engaging actively in negotiations, leading to numerous out-of-court settlements.
Despite the tightening of regulations by the UK Gambling Commission under the updated LCCP, the number of problem gamblers continues to rise. Elected officials remain passive, taking little meaningful action. The tax revenue generated from the gambling sector seems to lead those responsible for ensuring public safety to turn a blind eye. We decided enough was enough.
In 2024, the founding members of GAMSOL united to combine their expertise in supporting exploited problem gamblers and holding unscrupulous gambling operators accountable for their harmful practices.
