Mission Statement

Association GAMSOL began with a clear purpose: to help victims of gambling-related harm seek redress and accountability. Through this work, we uncovered widespread and recurring breaches of consumer protection law across related sectors — including irresponsible lending, mis-sold financial products, and substandard housing conditions.

As a non-profit organisation, our mission is to uphold and enforce consumer rights where harm is often systemic and under-addressed. We investigate emerging legal issues, identify patterns of abuse, and actively work with trusted legal partners to pursue redress for affected individuals.

Our approach combines evidence gathering, legal insight, and strategic referrals to ensure that claimants are paired with the right legal professionals to maximise their chances of a successful outcome.

By holding powerful actors to account and strengthening enforcement mechanisms, we aim to ensure that consumer protection rights are not only upheld in law, but enforced in practice.
